A seat gives access to Rayyan’s premium features, including auto-resolving duplicates, the mobile app, PICO extraction, and more. When you subscribe to an Essential or Advanced plan, the first seat is automatically assigned to you as the account holder. If you’d like to give premium access to collaborators, you can purchase additional seats for them. Free roles such as Reviewers or Viewers can join your workspace without needing a seat. Limits may apply.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will revert to the Free Plan. This means you'll continue to have access to the features included in the Free Plan, but any additional reviews, users, or premium features will be locked. You can still export your data and access it within the limits of the Free Plan.
Yes, we accept Purchase Orders for institutional memberships.
We accept credit card payments for individual memberships and bank transfers for institutional subscriptions.

PICO Extraction is an AI-powered feature that automatically identifies and highlights Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome elements in your studies, saving hours of manual extraction work.
The Auto Resolver uses AI to identify, and group duplicate studies based on multiple criteria, then removes duplicate articles. This typically saves around 5 hours per systematic review.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, with the price difference prorated for your remaining subscription period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
